Blackmores Bio Zinc 84 Tablets

Blackmores Bio Zinc is a one-a-day tablet combining zinc amino acid chelate with magnesium, manganese, vitamin A and vitamin B6. Pack of 84 tablets. The label states it supports skin integrity & wound healing and supports healthy immune system function.

Active ingredients per tablet

• Zinc amino acid chelate 125 mg (zinc 25 mg)
• Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 122 mg (magnesium 25 mg)
• Manganese amino acid chelate 20 mg (manganese 2 mg)
• Vitamin A (retinol acetate 862.5 micrograms) 2500 IU (750 micrograms retinol equivalents)
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride 50 mg (vitamin B6, pyridoxine 41.1 mg)

Adult directions

Adults - Take 1 tablet once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Warnings and allergens

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use. WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Dietary supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional. Contains sulfites. No added yeast, gluten, wheat or milk derivatives. No added artificial flavours or sweeteners.
