Blackmores Glucosamine + Fish Oil combines glucosamine sulfate with natural fish oil in one capsule. Pack of 90 capsules. The label states it may help support general health and wellbeing.

Active ingredients per capsule

• Glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride 630 mg, equivalent glucosamine sulfate 500 mg
• Fish oil - natural 500 mg, containing omega-3 triglycerides 150 mg (EPA and DHA amounts vary between current label versions; see the supplied pack)

Adult directions

Adults: take 1 capsule three times a day with food, or as prescribed by a health professional.

If you have any pre-existing conditions or take any medicines, talk to your healthcare professional before use. Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before elective surgery; confirm with your health professional. Contains crustaceans, fish, soya bean products and sulfites. Contains approx. 177 mg sodium per daily dose.
