Healthy Care Fish Oil 1000mg Omega-3 is an odourless fish oil sourced from cold water fish, supplied as 400 soft capsules.

Active ingredients per capsule

• Natural fish oil 1 g (1000 mg)
• containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 300 mg as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg

Adult directions

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For mild arthritis support, take up to 4 capsules 3 times daily with food. Children 6 to 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules daily; under 6 years only as directed by a healthcare professional.
