Healthy Care Ultimate Omega 3-6-9 combines evening primrose oil, linseed (flaxseed) oil and natural fish oil in each soft capsule, in a pack of 200 capsules.

Active ingredients per capsule

• Evening primrose oil 333.3 mg (equiv. gamma-linolenic acid 33.3 mg)
• Linseed (flaxseed) oil 333.3 mg (equiv. oleic acid 40 mg, linoleic acid 40 mg, linolenic acid 165 mg)
• Natural fish oil 333.3 mg (equiv. EPA 60 mg, DHA 40 mg, omega-3 marine triglycerides 100 mg)

Adult directions

Take 2 to 3 capsules 3 times a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed. Children 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day; children 2 to 6 years: 1 capsule a day, pierced and squeezed into milk, juice or cereal, or as professionally prescribed.
