Active ingredients per capsule

• Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 600 mg, equivalent to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 315 mg and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 255 mg

Adult directions

Adults: Take 2 to 3 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
