Active ingredients per tablet

• Silybum marianum (St Mary's thistle) seed extract 500 mg, derived from dry seed minimum 35 g, standardised to contain flavanolignans calculated as silybin 400 mg

Adult directions

Adults: take 1 tablet daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
