Nu-Lax Senna & Prune 40 Tablets

Nu-Lax Natural Laxative Senna & Prune Tablets combine senna leaf extract with prune fruit extract in small round tablets. Pack of 40 tablets. The label states it may help to relieve constipation.

Active ingredients per tablet

• Senna alexandrina leaf extract dry concentrate 75 mg (equivalent to dry leaf 1.275 g), standardised to hydroxyanthracene glycosides calculated as sennoside B 15 mg
• Prunus domestica (prune) fruit extract dry concentrate 2.5 mg

Adult directions

Adults: take 1 tablet before bed as needed. Maximum dose is 2 tablets.

Warnings and allergens

Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Long-term or daily senna use may cause laxative dependence. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
