Ostelin Calcium & Vitamin D3 250 Tablets

Ostelin Calcium & Vitamin D3 combines calcium from a naturally derived mineral with vitamin D3, the form found naturally in the body. Pack of 250 tablets. The label states it may help support bone strength and bone density.

Active ingredients per tablet

• Calcium (from calcium carbonate) 600 mg
• Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 12.5 micrograms (500 IU)

Adult directions

Adults and teenagers 13 to 18 years: take 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings and allergens

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing. Contains soya bean. Vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin (sheep's wool).
