• Calcium: 166.67 mg, supplied as calcium citrate tetrahydrate.
• Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol): 4.1 micrograms.

Adult directions

Take 4–6 tablets each day with a meal or just afterwards, unless your health professional advises otherwise.
